I didn't receive the activation/confirmation email, can you resend?

If you didn’t receive your LifePoints membership activation/confirmation email, please go to your SPAM/JUNK folder to confirm the email didn’t land there. Sometimes these emails can be flagged as spam by your mailbox.

How do I update my membership details?

If you want to update your membership information, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to https://www.lifepointspanel.com/login
  2. Click on the Account tab at the top right of the page
  3. Click on My Membership
  4. You can update Name, Address or Email Address
  5. Click Save
