PURPOSE:
We enrich the data we hold on file about you by matching your personal data with third parties. This will help us to improve your panel profile and ensure that we select relevant surveys for you.

Persistent unique identifier, contact details, email address, social login, cookie, mobile device ID, official identification number (i.e. ME number)
DIGITAL FINGERPRINTING
PURPOSE:
If you consent to cookies supporting this particular use case, digital fingerprinting will be used. A few of the companies we work with may use digital fingerprinting which is a way to uniquely identify a device without using cookies. This may use IP address, browser settings and other device IDs to create this fingerprint for their analytics or security products.

NOTE: The tracking mechanisms (cookies, cached objects, etc.) will not be removed or stopped until the next time you take one of our surveys or visit our website. If you are blocking cookies or don’t accept 3rd party cookies, you may still be tracked because companies may use 3rd party “opt-out” cookies to stop their tracking. You will need to access the LifePoints App or login to the website with the other devices you have used for surveys with for the opt-out to be effective on them as well.

Additional Tracking Technologies
Aside from the use of Cookie data stored locally on a visitor’s device, we also utilize some other session management and tracking methodologies on our website. These can be for essential purposes, such as maintaining the consistency of a user’s session, allowing users to remain logged in, and to protect against fraudulent traffic and bot attacks, as well as for non-essential website and marketing optimization purposes.
Pixels
One of the further techniques we use for improving the user’s experience when moving between our presence on Social Media sites and Search Engines, and the targeting of our marketing, is the deployment of ‘Pixels’ on our website.
These traditionally exist as a 1x1 pixel image hosted by the Social Media site or Search Engine that are loaded on specific pages within our websites. When the Pixel host identifies traffic accessing the Pixel, it indicates to them that the user loading the Pixel has accessed a specific page or passed a certain milestone in the registration process.
The use of Pixels on our website is subject to the same consent we collect for Cookie technologies, and we do not load pixels on our websites’ portal pages without first receiving the visitor consent.
